Post Malone Beats J.Cole's Billboard Record
Earlier this month we reported that hip-hop artist and rapper J.Cole had hit a new charting record with his fifth studio album 'KOD'. J.Cole had become the first artist in history to debut three singles simultaneously in the top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 charts and was the first artist ever to have had 8 songs in the top 40 twice. Now, his place has been taken by none other than Post Malone.
Post Malone's album 'Beerbongs & Bentleys' has beaten the record held simultaneously by J.Cole and The Beatles. The album 'Beerbongs & Bentleys' has produced nine top 20 records on the Billboard Hot 100 charts which beats the previous record of six. Post Malone now holds the record for most simultaneous top 20 Hot 100 hits and most simultaneous top 40 Hot 100 hits.
As of right now, all 18 songs from the album are on the Hot 100 which makes Malone the third artist ever to do so.
